  • Augsburg College (Minneapolis, MN)


  • Berea College (Kentucky): All students are given a full scholarship and community service factors into admission decision.


  • Bentley College (Massachusetts): Renewable $5,000 per year Bentley Service-Learning Scholarship for freshmen with academic excellence and demonstrated commitment to community service plus renewable $6,000 per year Sullivan Scholar Award to a student from an urban area with interest in business ethics, financial need, and community service.


  • Florida State University (Tallahassee, FL): Four-year scholarships based on middle and high school service.


  • John Carroll University (Cleveland, OH): Offers American Values Scholarships of $1,000-$3,000 based on need and 3.7+ GPA or exceptional leadership in extracurricular or volunteer activities.


  • Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI): Marquette Scholars program that pays full tuition for 5 students a year.


  • Milliken University (Decatur, IL): Renewable $2,000 per year Service Learning Scholarships to 2 incoming freshmen who show potential of organizing and motivating classmates toward community endeavors, requires 2.75 GPA.


  • New York University (New York, NY): The Alumnae Club offers scholarships based on need, academic excellence and participation in community and extracurricular activities.


  • Olivet College (Olivet, MI): Offers $6,000 Community Responsibility Scholarships for history of service to others.


  • Randolph-Macon College (Ashland, VA): Renewable $20,000+ per year Lechner Public Service Scholarship (full scholarship).


  • Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH): Five Xavier Service Fellowships offer full room and board and renewable $5,000 per year Wal-Mart Scholarship - based on service/leadership backgrounds.
